For someone who preaches the message of slowing down, I haven’t been in alignment with my words. I’ve sucked at saying no to things. It’s hard to say no when I lack clarity. I’m still learning to slow down, reflect and find clarity on my purpose in life and how I bring that to work. It’s the only way I’ll excel in both my personal and work life. It’s the only way I’ll truly feel alive.
